Leonard Retel Helmrich opens the festival with the last part of his Indonesia trilogy Position Among the Stars; in The Foxhounds, Jeff Prosserman follows the whistle-blowers who exposed Madoff’s pyramid scheme, and in iThemba Elinor Burkett presents a portrait of a group of musicians with a physical disability. Festival director Ally Derks also joins presenter Daphne Bunskoek to discuss the highlights of the festival, and Peter Wintonick speaks from the speaker’s corner.
